FUNGICIDAL TREATMENT – Kills and prevents regrowth of fungicidal spores.
PROTECTIVE SEALING – We commonly seal roofs, wooden decking and driveways which protect your investment and make future maintenance easier and more efficient.

Sensitive cleaning – what we consider:

SAFETY – the type / size of building determines our choice of safe access which can incorporate roof ladders and a variety of powered access options. We are registered iPAF users.

SURFACE TYPE – depending on the surface type (render, tin, wood, concrete) we select the most effective cleaning system which can incorporate: dry scrape, pressure clean, soft wash – chemical clean.

SEALANT – the choice of sealant is specific to the building surface type to maximise efficient and long lasting protection.

SATISFACTION – as SmartSeal registered installers the roof products we use come with an automatic 10 year guarantee when installed by us. All our work comes with an 18 month guarantee and we’ll be straight back if you’re not happy!
